My focus is on offering personal training to women. Since we all have individual needs, I work with you to achieve any fitness goals you have in your sights. If you don't have one I will work with you create a realistic goal and then find a path to follow to get there. I understand that what one person enjoys for a workout is different from the next.  I give my clients the opportunity to share likes and dislike with me to find the workout that they enjoy doing. With 7 years of experience in fitness training for women I understand the importance of creating a safe and comfortable environment where women can push through limits they didn't know they could reach!
